We are committed to providing a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. Please review our policies below before your visit.
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and complete any necessary forms.
- Cancellation Fee: A non-refundable fee of 20% applies to any cancellation, as we must secure your booking to ensure our therapist is available to look after you.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Right to Halt: You can stop the massage at any time without question.
- A full refund is issued if the session is halted within the first 15 minutes.
- No refunds are available after 15 minutes of treatment.
- Arriving late may result in shortened sessions or additional charges.
- We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals, but will accommodate where possible with advanced notice.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for your health.
- We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for the safety of our clients and staff.
- Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
- Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
- We accept cash and credit cards only. Digital payments are not accepted.
- All sales are final. Refunds are not available for completed services.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
- Packages must be used within the specified timeframe and cannot be transferred.
- All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service purposes.
- We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with a rejuvenating experience.
Zero Tolerance: Sexual interaction or discussion of a sexual nature is strictly prohibited at all times. Violation will result in immediate termination of the treatment, full payment liability, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities.
